Pre-Registrations for 2021

We invite you to complete this pre-registration form so that we can include your child in a year level and team at the Gladiators for season 2021.

Shortly before the first round of matches your child’s pre-registration form will need to be converted into a formal registration through Sports TG.

Payment will not be required until after the completion of round 2 of matches on 25 April 2021.
